Our approach
We want to rewrite the standards for health and fitness in the US. OUR MISSION is to make consistency and progress in the gym simple and achievable, and bring success in health and fitness within reach for everyone.
THE THREE KINGS was founded in Utah by two former college football players who wanted to stay fit for life.
Just like everyone else, we went in blind, and just like everyone else, we were frustrated with our lack of results.
We realized that we made no progress because we had no structure. We set out to create a tool that could be the backbone of your routine, no matter what your goals are. TTK was born, and no goal is out of reach.
Most people skip structure, but we know now that it’s the difference between training and just working out. We want to make that level of attention to detail the standard for anyone serious about fitness.

For me, there’s nothing more worth the effort than reaching your full potential. Putting in the work for a strong body gives you a strong mind as well, and it’s an addicting lifestyle when you get the hang of it. I want to help as many people as I can to reach their full potential, and I’m leading by example the entire way. My goal is to build a community of people who understand how to BE ELITE.
